Alma Elaine Shoaf is a primarily figurative artist currently living in Florida. She graduated from The Savannah College of Art and Design in 2009 with a BFA in illustration. Her work has been exhibited through-out the country, and her illustrations can be found on a variety of album covers, products and books, including in the award-winning chapbook What You Call by Germ Lynn, published by Radix Media. She was one of three artists chosen to illustrate a category of Florida wildlife and/or flora for the Florida Trail Association 2019 project cards, and in 2020 she ventured on her first ever storyboarding experience for the short animation TOONSKIN, in collaboration with artist Kenya Robinson (which can be viewed here: https://pioneerworks.org/broadcast/kenya-robinson-toonskin/).

Elaine is always open for commissions, with a very reasonable wait time. She can accomplish paintings and/or drawings of family members, children, pets, or landscapes, as well as editorial, narrative and graphic illustrations and designs.

Most of the personal work on this site is for sale and can be shipped anywhere. All purchasing and commissioning inquires are welcome. Please send an email to elainealmaelaine@gmail.com for more information.
